Simulation Summit- Pre Conference Information
The Simulation Summit will be a 4-hour pre-conference on May 21st from 8:30-12:30 pm.
The purpose is to bring together those interested and invested in healthcare simulation activities to discuss challenges, share experiences and resources, coordinate resources, brainstorm solutions, and report recommendations. The Simulation Summit will be coordinated similarly to a World Café with identified challenges and opportunities to come together to create deliverables and recommendations for the next steps to support the larger simulation community.
As an example, here are the deliverables from the 2024 Simulation Summit!
Attendees are from academic and hospital-based programs who work with all health professional disciplines:
- Simulationists
- Simulation Specialists
- Faculty
- Simulation Operations Specialists
- Human Simulation Specialists
- Educators
The Simulation Summit is being coordinated by a regional group of local simulationists.
The cost is $50 per person. QUESTIONS: Email i-sail@stkate.edu with questions
The Social Networking Event is included in the Midwest Interprofessional Conference & the Simulation Summit Registrations
